In the long list of CCLD commands in the plugin/commons directory one can see only 'CCLD file-pdf-save', while PLIST.pdf requires file-pdf-load, which for some reason is not done.
(either taking out the option or touching an empty plugin file 'solves' the problem and the rest can be installed, of course).
