According to LibreOffice's webpages,

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/src/5.4.0/libreoffice-translations-5.4.0.3.tar.xz.mirrorlist

rev1.37 of pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice/distinfo has correct hashes.

It seems that ftp.NetBSD.org has no libreoffice/libreoffice-5.4.0.3nb1
directory yet.
I will put my distfiles into here soon.
