I rebuilt, in order, "boost-jam", "boost-headers", and "boost-libs"
(all that are on my systems).
Following that, "net/libcmis" successfully configured. The output
changed to:
[...]
checking for the toolset name used by Boost for c++... configure: WARNING: could not figure out which toolset name to use for c++
[...]
checking for boost/program_options.hpp... yes
checking for the Boost program_options library... (cached) yes
[...]
Now to see if that sorts out other stuff.
