fontforge build on Darwin (High Sierra)
I was having trouble building fonts/fontforge on Darwin 17.2.0 (MacOS
10.13.1). After looking at the macports implementation I came up with
this patch and now it builds.
The patch (attached) was applied after "bmake patch" so doesn't fix the
package itself. If I have time later this week I'll try to do that.
I'm still trying to get around to testing fontforge itself it but it
does build now if anyone's interested in testing also. See attached...
