FYI there's an ongoing effort in writing an LLVM-based Fortran compiler
by NVIDIA: https://github.com/flang-compiler/flang

Arm Holdings even develops a fork that targets, obviously, ARM:

I'm a bit surprised by money and work spent on making something Fortran
related, especially these days, but glad to see it :)
