Well, I was able to build it, but now it simply hangs right after it 
starts :-(.
So I need more time to investigate it.
I commited it to wip anyway. You can check if it works on your platform 
(even though I wouldn't put much hope on it.

You said you don't feel like you know enough about NetBSD (or pkgsrc), 
but maybe you know enough to debug python?
If you do, you can help with this port.

 I quickly googled it. Looks like he meant this torrent client to 
https://www.deluge-torrent.org/ which is a python project.
It is handled almost automatically by url2pkg.

With a little help I managed to build it but I have a weird problem with 
PLIST:

I don't undrestand this complain. The files are are exactly the same. Do 
you have any idea what the problem might be?
