From what I see, Pyrex is not needed if Cython has been installed. Cython is needed only to generate .c files. These have been included in the archive, but work only for Python 2.7.

Quickly, I tried to remove _*.c files and rebuild BZR with Python 3.7 + Cython, but it fails anyway. Needs further investigation.
