While I generally see the same, I did get a successful build on a 7.99.29
system (built May 2016) in May 2017 (no idea what kernel it was running
at the time, but I doubt that matters.)
I have no idea why it just happened to wortk that time, and usually fails.
That was the one and only time I ever attempted to build it on that system.
It is possible that it depends upon some other package being installed.
On other systems I have tried, it just fails.
