It was trying to substitute the real path, but was set to do this as a pre-configure target. But because the package has no configure phase, that didn't happen. And, other things (e.g., PKG_SYSCONFDIR) weren't substituted. This caused the build to fail with PKG_DEVELOPER=yes because there was an unknown interpreter. I moved it to post-patch, and now it builds ok. This is in pkgsrc head, not the stable branch. (I don't intend to ask for a pullup as it's not a security issue, I don't think there are a lot of users, and we're only a month from the next branch anyway.)
