distfile/distinfo problems with "chat/unrealircd".

Getting a jump on the freeze for pkgsrc-2019Q1, I've updated to HEAD and
am trying to update packages when I ran into this:

The distfile for "chat/unrealircd", "unrealircd-4.2.2.tar.gz" is truncated
on all *.NetBSD.org mirror sites:

(Same result on ftp.n.o and cdn.n.o).

Fetching directly from "www.unrealircd.org" fails in the other direction:

Distfile is 1 byte larger than recorded in "distinfo" and fails SHA1
checksum test.  (Did they re-roll the tarball w/o bumping revision?)
