That looks related to the python version change.  But, I suspect that
just changing the PLIST is not right, if blender could use any of 27,
36, 37.

I wonder if it packages if you build it with PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT=27.
(That's not a fix, but a clue that the plist may vary depending on py
version and thus a more complicated fix is needed.)
