pkgmanager?

On a webpage

there is a section on pkgmanager for upgrading packages.

I looked in pkgsrc, first under pkgtools and then the whole pkgsrc, and it wasn't there.

I found pkgmanager in pkgsrc/wip, but the MASTER_SITES and HOMEPAGE shown in the Makefile were no good (404 Not Found).

So is pkgmanager no longer available?  NetBSD/pkgsrc webpage ought to be updated ("How to upgrade packages") to say where to get pkgmanager, or take that section out if pkgmanager is no longer available.

I also looked in /sbin, /usr/sbin and /usr/pkg/sbin .
