New port: game Warsow

Hello!

So, I didn't doubt my patches will make Warsow build at NetBSD, but why
do I get "XDM authorization key matches an existing client!" at runtime?

Anyway, I am not really familiar with pkgsrc, I only relied on my skills
as porter to OpenBSD ports and Ravenports. So this game is tested by me
at OpenBSD and DragonFly BSD and it just works there.

I also mark myself as maintainer after all tedious work I've done to
make this game more cross platform.

And yeah, I send it in hurry here instead of figuring out how to send-pr.

I'll need help modifying two ports I attach, but it shouldn't be
difficult.
