ADMIN: please do not crosspost, list purpose

We have two discussion lists for pkgsrc, and there has been a signficant
amount of crossposting, which defeats the purpose of separation.

Please do not crosspost to pkgsrc-users and tech-pkg.  If you are
tempted, use only pkgsrc-users.  If you reply to a crosspost, please
trim to one list when replying.

pkgsrc-users is for discussion of how to use pkgsrc, asking for help
with building packages and updating, asking for help constructing
packages in wip, and most other questions from users.  Many developers
are subscribed and most questions receive rapid, high-quality answers.
,When in doubt about the appropriateness of pkgsrc-users vs. tech-pkg,
pkgsrc-users is almost always the right choice.
