So, upstream knows that vim crashes with FORTIFY_SOURCE, and tries to
force-disable it. They think it's not a bug.

Worth noting, out of all our packages, only 5 needed to force-disable
fortify source so far, I added two that were definitely questionable
code that I gave up on fixing.

We should set FORTIFY_SUPPORTED=no and point at a thread where upstream
states they know it's not working.
