Yes, this is NetBSD/i386-9.0_BETA (and 9.99.12 when running -current).
The problem only appeared with 9.0-BETA and 9.99.*. Never had this problem
with any version I used from 2.0-8.1, nor during the 8.99.* period leading
up to netbsd-9.
