qemu failed install - PLIST mismatch

Hi,

pkgsrc branches: both 2019Q3 and current

$ uname -a
Linux e130 4.9.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u6 (2018-10-08)
x86_64 GNU/Linux

emulators/qemu builds fine but will not install as per snippet at the
bottom of this email.

The only thing I've found in the log that could be relevant is:
