Re: gcc/cpp segfaulting on i386-9.99.17?

Add to the list "libsecret".  I seems that anything calling 'gir-scanner'
fails and makes python3.7 dump core.

Trying to rebuild "gobject-intropsection" itself fails in the same way.

Same backtrace as before from the python3.7.core file left in each case.
