In my case:
~ pkgin avail | grep apache
ap24-php73-7.3.12nb2 Apache (apache24) module for PHP7.3
apache-2.4.41nb1 Apache HTTP (Web) server, version 2.4
apache-ant-1.10.7 Apache Project's Java-Based make(1) replacement
then just 'pkgin install apache ap24-php'
