FWIW, I'm not able to reproduce this on 9.99.44. A build of kio 5.66.0
succeeded for me early on the 1st, after a pkgsrc tree update. I just
did another pkgsrc tree update and rebuilt it again without issue. Maybe
try again? (The only difference I know of to note is I'm doing it in a
sandboxed pbulk build.)
