I don't know if there is already a known list of problem packages, but
put "multimedia/mpv" on it:
ld: audio/out/ao_oss.c.20.o: undefined reference to symbol '_oss_ioctl'
ld: /usr/lib/libossaudio.so.1: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line
So far in my progress rebuilding packages, the list is now:
misc/libcdio
x11/hsetroot
devel/nss
multimedia/mpv
