Just for the record, it seems I was lucky - that was firefox-75.0nb4.
The headers bit I think was fixed by rillig@ - so I think I just
got the success build in before that quickly fixed breakage - but
then firefox was also updated to 76.0, and I get a linker error
trying to build it. (I must try again...)
