Fix for error messages in JVM, documentation fixes and additions,
added tool to check the headings in ops markdown,
smrt_(int|num|str)ify -> (int|num|str)ify, name change from Perl 6 to
Raku, simplified some Role accessor methods,
"make clean" fix, optimizer changes.
