binary packge as .9.0-current-2020-07-16-22.27
As for the information on
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/9.0_current/
http://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/9.0_current/
I've updated to the version
.9.0_current-2020-07-16-22.27
as reported on
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/2020/07/18/msg019281.html
Current status is as follows:
morden% pwd
/ftp/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64
morden% du -sm .9*
37916 .9.0-current-2020-07-16-22.27
36864 .9.0_current-2020-05-12-09.55
37278 .9.0_current-2020-05-26-04.31
If you change the path at sysinst as:
c: Package directory /amd64/9.0/All
|
v
c: Package directory /amd64/9.0_current/All
which you may find the line at following screen with 9.0_STABLE version:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Enabling binary packages with pkgin requires setting up the repository. The
following are the host, directory, user, and password that will be used. If
"user" is "ftp", then the password is not needed.
>a: Host cdn.NetBSD.org
b: Base directory pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD
c: Package directory /amd64/9.0/All
d: User ftp
e: Password
f: Proxy
g: Additional packages
h: Configure network
i: Download via http
j: Quit installing binary pkgs
x: Install pkgin and update package summary
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I guess you will get the benefit of these binary packages.
Thank you,
