I set up a clean NetBSD installation with pkgsrc-2020Q2 on sparc64 and
i was unable to reproduce these errors.
mate-menu, mate-panel and librsvg-2.48.0 have been built without the
error showing up.
Not sure if there was a change in 2020Q2 or if i had a mixup of
libraries with 2020Q1.
