Hi,

i think if the base packages are all available, you should be able to
go your meta pkg directory in your pkgsrc (for example to
/usr/pkgsrc/meta-pkgs/xfce4) and issue a "bmake bin-install", which
then should not copmpile anything but download and install all these
binary components of the meta-package.

You also could install them all manually through pkgin. The list you
would need is in the makefile of the meta-package in the pkgsrc
directory.
