Rust still broken on 9.0-STABLE i386

Still fails with:

1.45.2-src/src/bootstrap/Cargo.toml --frozen
/comp/obj/pkgsrc/lang/rust/work/rust-bootstrap/bin/cargo: Shared object 
"libssl.so.1.1" not found

    bootstrap.main()

Seems bad that pkgsrc-current has been broken in this state for over a 
month. Is there a plan to fix it? What's the ETA?
