Since macOS 11 the SDK version is no longer the same as the version of macOS.

Maybe Darwin.mk could get the latest macOS SDK version from xcodebuild:

xcodebuild -showsdks | sed -n -e 's/.*-sdk \(macos.*\)/\1/p'
