pkgsrc-current.  Possibly not for absolutely every package
installed, though...

Not any of significance in this context, I think.  My /etc/mk.conf
says

PKG_DBDIR=/var/db/pkg
PKG_DEVELOPER= yes
MAKE_JOBS=32
PKG_OPTIONS.rust+=      rust-llvm
rust.BUILD_TARGET=      dist
ALLOW_VULNERABLE_PACKAGES=      yes
