Probably the PLIST is right and the installation isn't. It's either a mistake I made earlier or fallout from the brave new world of all-guile-is-namespaced. Basically guile breaks APIs faster than guile-using packages keep up, and we need to have multiple, currently 4, probably can be gotten down to 3, maybe 2.
