I restored the normal "babl" Makefile.  In my "/etc/mk.conf" I arranged
for:

  CFLAGS+=	-mstackrealign
  CXXFLAGS+=	-mstackrealign

when building "babl" or "gegl".  With "babl" alone so conditioned, the
build failed the same as before.  With both "babl" and "gegl" built with
the above additions, the build still fails as before.

I'll put back the debug flags to get more data.
