It turns out some of the wip dependencies were broken. I have fixed and
committed them.

The point is lang/py-six that was reported by pbulk did not have anything
whatsoever to do with the issue.

Nothing whatsoever about the packages that were responsible for breaking
the build was reported by pbulk.
