You can do that on the same day or the next, but in this case I think
it was too late.

Check makoto's bulk build logs and you'll see that there is breakage
because of the downgrade - pbulk expects particular version to be
installed (the current pkgsrc version) but a newer version is
installed (the binary package built before the PKGREVISION was reset)
and the depends step fails. I also saw this locally in musicpd or
libopenmpt.
