Perhaps this is SmartOS specific.

The latest znapzend is znapzend-0.21.1 on the GitHub page.

p5-Mojo-IOLoop-Delay has (just) been added, and
p5-Mojo-IOLoop-ForkCall plus znapzend have been updated so this should
be resolved.
