gitweb CGI executable not getting generated correctly.

Don't know when this got broken but after my last package update to 
gitweb-2.38.1 the CGI script no longer has the appropriate #! line to 
make it executable and is also ended up with '/git' as the path to the 
git binary. Sadly I can't say which version it was last working in as I 
didn't really keep track of when this broke.

I did look through the history for the git package and couldn't see any 
obvious reason why this is no longer working but I do know that it used 
to work without any manual fixups.
