py-pspdfutils packaging fails on 10.0_BETA/amd64

Building "print/py-pspdfutils" (py310-*) from pkgsrc-HEAD (soon to be frozen
for pkgsrc-2023Q2) fails during the package phase with:

This second failure repeats on all subsequent attempts.

Anyone else running into this?
