I am running dovecot 2.3.21 since October 17, when I updated my mail
server to Q3.  I think it was running 2.3.20 before then.  The upgrade
was uneventful; I didn't pay attention and didn't notice anything wrong.

I have very small config changes from the example files.  You might diff
them.  I try to do that routinely and keep diffs small/intended.

Also, you might have a too-small key, where now it's too small and
before it wasn't, even though it's the same length :-) I have been
hearing unrelated but similar issues with other people's mailservers.  I
don't see anything obviously related in the release notes.
