Sorry for not realizing you were using obsolete code and giving you
different advice the first time.  I have been running opendkim for
several years without problems.  Now that I am clear that I am not using
it, I'm done trying to fix dkim-milter.  My advice is switch to opendkim
instead of trying to make this work.

I fixed DESCR to point this out.
