Import audio/eflite from wip

Hi, I just pushed a port of eflite to wip. It's pkglint clean.
Could somebody with pkgsrc access import it? I've tested with
emacspeak (I'll import it soon) and it is working ok. I'll make a
port of the latest yasr when I find time.

PS. I contacted upstream, there is not so much development nowadays
but it doesn't look dead yet.
