x11/qt5-qtwebengine and MAKE_JOBS

I'm regularly updating and doing pkg_rr -uv, and have found that
x11/qt5-qtwebengine failed to build twice in a row.

I am using MAKE_JOBS=4 on an 8-core cpu (i7-9700).
After the second failure, I simply reran make without paying attention.

Therefore I float the theory that this package is not MAKE_JOBS_SAFE.

Before I mark it so, are there contrary opinions?
