Hi!

A couple packages are failing on NetBSD 9 with errors like this one:

/usr/include/g++/cstdio:176:11: error: '::vfscanf' has not been declared

What is the proper solution for this? I guess it's some GCC_REQD or
USE_CXX_FEATURES, but I don't know which one.
