Please extract the attached tarball in /usr/pkgsrc directory.
You can install MSVCRT toolchain by
/usr/pkgsrc/cross/mingw-w64-x86_64-gcc-msvcrt
and
/usr/pkgsrc/cross/mingw-w64-i686-gcc-msvcrt
