wip/msgpack-git is the same software as devel/msgpack, just a git
snapshot of it.

It should have the same PKGNAME as devel/msgpack, i.e. msgpack.

It installs many of the same files (headers) so you can't have both
installed anyway.

So no, the change above is not correct.
