You can use "cvs up -r" to change your sources to a previous version and
rebuild.

I'm assuming that you have already filed a bug report upstream.   I
would not expect that to be resolved and result in a 1.14.1 in a week.

If you mean "should we downgrade tigervnc on pkgsrc head and do a pullup
to some stable branch so you get a binary package that works from
whatever repo you are using [that you did not specify!], after some
unspecified person does builds", then I really cannot see that
happening.
