Can't install 2024Q3 packages that depend on gcc8-libs, gcc10-libs, gcc12-libs

Hello,

is it just me (and something in my pkgdb still botched) or do others
see the same?

as an example, pkg_delete -r  nearly everything (sans pkgin and pkg_install),
then add mutt, pwm, then

# pkgin in emacs
[...]

[31/31] installing emacs-29.4...
pkg_install warnings: 0, errors: 18
pkg_install error log can be found in /var/db/pkgin/pkg_install-err.log

last error is below, more in the log file above

Same if I try firefox115 or libreoffice.

This is with

/usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf containing
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/$arch/9.3/All

used as a test whether my own build-tree was somehow botched.
