Not really an anti-virus, but I'm really happy with this tool:

It doens't prevent you from using a real anti-virus software in addition,
though. I run this on the server, and some windows anti-virus on windows
machines (scanning incoming mail doesn't prevent viruses which comes from
ftp, http, floppyi, third-party pop3/imap servers or other file transport
protocol)
