Pegasos: copyout fails

Theoretically the Pegasos should be able to boot over NFS now, but trying to
execve /sbin/init fails with ENAMETOOLONG.

I found out that the program path of /sbin/init is correct, shortly before
calling execve, but after copyout() the destination region for the path on
the stack is empty!

This already happened before moving KERNEL_SR from 13 to 14.
