5.0 beta hangs on boot / 43p-150

Hi all,

finally I managed to set up a netboot environment for booting my 
43p-150. The dhcp/bootp/tftp/nfs is running on a ubunutu linux box. The 
loading of ofwboot seems ok  and the kernel is starting. It hangs at 
openpic initialization.

Can anyone help me on this?

I used files from 
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-5/200812200000Z/ofppc/installation/netboot/ 
for the above (using the install-kernel). I also tried the latest I 
could find in "HEAD" (both GENERIC and INSTALL) with the same result.
