Allwinner D1: sbi_trap_error

Hi all

I have compiled NetBSD riscv port and tried to boot the INSTALL kernel
on a Sipeed Lichee RV board (Allwinner D1 SoC), but I am getting this
error:
booting netbsd - starting in 0 seconds.
2548320+893744+4858252+1433204 [333000+205978]=0xc841b8
sbi_trap_error: hart0: trap handler failed (error -2)

I am using instructions similar to the following link to create the SD
card, and I was able to boot FreeBSD successfully using them:

Does anyone know why this is occurring?
