It may very well be.  The P/390 (an S/390 processor on a PCI card) can go
in that machine.

There are mainframes all the way from 1U rackmount all the way up to the
size of a large building.

It's either a Pentium Pro or a Pentium II.  The reason why NetBSD isn't
seeing the hard disks is that this system comes standard with an IBM
ServeRAID II, which is unsupported.
